4. Monitor, review and evaluate Process heat Treating Report.
5. Monitor the hardening process to the desired HRC.
6. Do the tempering process after hardening.
7.
Monitor stress relieving & soft annealing of materials.
8. Maintained efficiency and productivity of the heat treatment facility by regular inspection.
9. Prepare, check, review and compile test report, Quality documentations/ records for the customer.
10. To ensure that all heat treated materials passed the quality standard and specification.
