those involving coordination with other departments (Production,
Dispatch) during order execution 7. Manage
relations with all existing customer accounts. 8. Handle customer complaints / issues /
concerns / suggestions escalated by Account Managers and define /
implement proper channels for response 9.
Define SLAs for various customer accounts and track adherence by all
teams (account management, purchase and commercial) to predefined
standards. Revise customer account SLAs periodically over time. 10. Provide supervision to account managers in
decision-making during critical stages (order booking, raw material
allocation, determining customer priority, final product delivery,
etc) 11. Define individual and team targets
and KPIs, ensure adherence to internally defined processes,
timelines and documentation templates 12.
Ensure processes are streamlined and improved continuously, track
resource utilization and recommend changes, as necessary 13. Take upon team management, performance
evaluation and contingency planning, as necessary 14. Ensure that all issues and concerns of
reporting personnel are addressed or escalated as necessary to
management 15. Groom reporting personnel to
take higher responsibilities and deliver highest level of
performance 16. Set individual goals for
subordinates, conduct timely performance evaluation against set
targets and discuss career progress. 17.
